Meet your Ayurveda coach who is dedicated to helping you transform your health through Ayurveda. With years of experience in Ayurveda, Sangeetha is adept at healing body, mind and spirit using natural and holistic approaches based on Ayurvedic principles.
Sangeetha is a NAMACB (National Ayurveda and Medical Association Certification Board) certified Ayurvedic Doctor* and Ayurveda wellness coach. She offers a range of wellness services including Ayurvedic health assessments, personalized diet charts,  and treatment protocols. She specializes in gut health, detox and weight-loss. She employs an integrative approach to wellness that is centered on Ayurvedic methods, with a special emphasis on holistic diet and lifestyle to assist her clients in disease prevention and health promotion.

Sangeetha is a member of Association of Ayurvedic Professionals of North America. She has also served as a guest instructor at the Narayana Ayurveda and Yoga Academy, Austin, Texas. 

In addition, she share a deep passion for culinary creation and excellence. She is a self-published author of the book, "How To Eat Healthy Vegetarian - An Ayurvedic Guide". 

Aside from her passion for Ayurveda and cooking, she is very fond of travelling and has travelled to over 25 countries visiting over 130 destinations around the world.

* A NAMACB certified Ayurvedic Doctor is an Ayurvedic professional who has specific specialized training in Ayurveda with overview training in conventional medicine that enables them to interface with western medical practitioners and provide comprehensive Ayurvedic healthcare to their patients. They also practice prevention and health promotion through the focus on diet and lifestyle.
